Dr Debra Harper (Partner) Partner

Dr Debra Harper qualified as a doctor in 1996 from Guy's and St Thomas' Medical School, London. She began her medical career working in ophthalmology, gaining valuable experience before transitioning into General Practice, where she has continued to build a broad and patient-focused clinical career. She joined Wonersh Surgery in 2002 and has been a partner for over 20 years. She is the Clinical Lead for complaints and has an interest in women's health.

Alongside her work as a General Practitioner, Dr Harper is a GP Trainer and is also a Guildford GP Training Programme Director, roles that reflect her strong commitment to medical education, mentoring, and the development of future GPs. She is passionate about high-quality training, supportive leadership, and fostering excellence in general practice.

Outside of work, Dr Harper enjoys walking her dogs and spending time with her family, valuing balance, wellbeing, and time outdoors.
