Lateness Policy
We understand that travel difficulties can sometimes make it challenging to arrive on time for your appointment. However, we kindly ask that you allow plenty of time to arrive, park, and check in before your scheduled appointment.
Our clinics run on carefully planned schedules, with specific timings allocated for each appointment type. When patients arrive late, it can cause delays that impact other patients and the overall running of the clinic.
While we do our best to minimise delays and understand the frustration they can cause, implementing this policy helps us keep clinics running smoothly for everyone.
Arriving on time ensures that clinicians have the full allocated time to assess, diagnose, and treat patients without rushing. Late arrivals can lead to shortened consultations, which increases the risk of missed information, incomplete assessments, or delays in care for other patients. Maintaining punctuality helps protect patient safety, supports accurate decision-making, and keeps clinics running efficiently.
Please note:
If you arrive more than a few minutes late, we may not be able to see you that day, and you may need to book a new appointment.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
